Joseph and Lucinda Flores took over Houston Barbecue Company in Houston’s Energy Corridor neighborhood in 2014. Joseph had close to twenty years of restaurant experience with the Pappas family, Olive Garden, Chili’s, and Buffalo Wild Wings.
